INVESTORS OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDING & INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS

Our solutions and products are designed to meet every construction need and technical specification. Cement concrete consists of cement, sand, stone, fresh water and other additives. Indeed, anyone can make it using simple ingredients and tools following detail instruction from cement manufacturer. However, creating a more sophisticated product requires deep knowledge about basic characteristics such as how long the material needs to dry and its hardness, to more complicated aspects such as how well the material flows and pumps, and its cohesion, segregation, durability, porosity, the time it takes to set and build up heat, and quality control. Increasingly in-depth knowledge, understanding and technical expertise within green building techniques is also required.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT FOR CONCRETE
•    Bored pile: C30 D1500 Slump 20±2, C35 - D2500 Slump 20±2. 
•    Abutment, pier, precast concrete for super T, approach slab, driven pile, slab for piled slab: C30 Slump 16+2. Pylon, cable-stay bridge deck slab, tie down, precast girder (super T): C50 Slump 10+2/16±2. 
•    CIP deck slab (including link slab), cross beam of super T: C35 Slump 10+2/16±2. 

INSEE EASY FLOW - CEMENT FOR READY MIXED CONCRETE
The items of this project required concrete to have high workability, early strength, limit concrete bleeding and reduce risk of Alkali Aggregate reaction to prevent cracks. Beside the product with stable quality, INSEE also offers great logistic solutions to meet the austere demands of constructing Cao Lanh Bridge. A large amount of cement is required in a very short time for the bored pile with a 2.5m diameter. With cargo ships and flexible transportation methods, INSEE is able to provide, at its peak, 6,000 tons of cement per month for this project.
 

As majority of international funds or banks nowadays require today that investors and project developers to the project meets green building standards in order to apply for favorable funding option, it’s necessary for these investors to ensure their raw materials are come from trusted sources and certified by an international organization. By providing advanced and sustainable solutions with specific requirements, INSEE has helped many project owners realize their green projects.

INSEE EASY FLOW - CEMENT FOR READY MIXED CONCRETE
INSEE provided INSEE Easy Flow cement and supported on testing mix design with strict control on water/cement ratio to achieve required strength, high workability and reduce risk af Alkali Aggregate reaction to minimize cracks for wall item. 

ISS - THE BEST CHOICE FOR SOFT SOIL IMPROVEMENT
To meet the contractor's requirements for high cement volume to guarantee the massive construction time, INSEE has supplied cement by both tanker truck and tanker barge (> 100 tons/day). Diameter of CDM pile is 1000mm, length of pile 5m 15m, piles are overlap each other 10cm. The required strength is 5kg/cm2, 12kg/cm2 and 16kg/cm2.

INSEE MASS POUR CEMENT - THE BEST SOLUTION TO AVOID THERMAL CRACK IN CONCRETE
The solution of INSEE Mass Beton using INSEE Mass Pour cement offers strict and precise control over temperature during the hardening of the massive foundation. The fresh concrete temperature is kept below 28°C by using different methods such as cooling down the aggregate temperature and the use of ice and chilled water. To meet the quality requirements of a mass pour, maximum temperature at the center of the foundation did not exceeded 70°C and temperature discrepancies between center and surface are kept at a maximum of 20°C.
