APPLICATION
INSEE Compact Rock is an optimized cement specifically designed to stabilize aggregates with cement. It is well suited for sand/cement mat and cement treated base layer for roads, industrial platforms, ports, ect.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF INSEE COMPACT ROCK

The TCVN and ASTM standards use different test methods: values are not comparable. You can obtain recent test certificates of INSEE Compact Rock upon request.

STANDARD SPECIFICATION FOR CEMENT

  • Cement shall be Portland BFS cement blended PCBBFS40 compliant with TCVN 4316:2007
  • Before the start of the base layer works, trial mixes shall be prepared with the aggregates approved at the jobsite and with three different cement dosages, to determine the moisture content at optimal protor density and the unconfined compressive strength at 7 & 28 days
