APPLICATION
INSEE Stable Soil is an optimized cement specifically designed to stabilize soils with a low bearing capacity. It is well suited for Cement Deep Mixing applications as well as Jetgrouting and any other type of soil mixing, which are used for the construction of ports and container quays, infrastructure like tunnels and bridges, or airports and high rise buildings in phase of ground improvement.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF INSEE STABLE SOIL

The TCVN and ASTM standards use different test methods: values are not comparable. You can obtain recent test certificates of INSEE Stable Soil upon request.

STANDARD SPECIFICATION FOR CEMENT

  • Cement shall be Portland cement blended PCBBFS40 with TCVN 4316:200
  • Before the start of the CDM works, trial mixers shalle be prepared with the soil collected from the jobsite and with three different cement dosages, to determine the unconfined compressive strength at 7 days and 28 days.
  • Through regression analysis, the design dosage is the cement dosage to reach in lab condition at 28 days, the strenght equals to 3 times the Design Compressive Strength in the field.
